Formed in the middle of 2008, CFS handles around 10 billion euros as the Management Company for the group's business in exchange traded funds (ETFs) under the brand name ComStage ETF and non-listed UCITS.

Commerz Funds Solutions S.A. has broadened its business activities to cover all types of passively and actively managed investment funds. Since 2010 it has been offering mutual funds which pursue various strategies for European markets and specific asset classes.
